Seldys Gym's new premises has been a great change for us. We are now in a 320sqm facility that enables us to run multiple classes at a time while there is enough room for those that want to do some strength & conditioning at the same time or jump in the ring for some sparring.
We have a new addition to our timetable in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu classes 3 times per week, Monday, Wednesday and Friday afternoons from 5-6pm which is run by Jamie Hunt from Legion 13 who train under the tutelage of Grayson West.
The new gym is located at 5/5 Wellington rd, Morley WA, 6062, (the driveway right behind BP service station)
